To find an office or coworking space in Barcelona, first define the number of people, attendance days and expected uses. Then compare proposals available at the time of your search. The public Officeboard catalogue lets you browse space profiles and send an enquiry to the French Tech Barcelona team.

Which type of space suits your team?

Your useOption to considerPoints to confirm
Individual work a few days a weekShared desk or flexible planAccess days, available seat, storage and calls
Regular attendanceFixed desk or shared spaceAccess, equipment, quiet and included services
Daily team workingDedicated officeSuitable capacity, privacy and commitment period
Occasional meetingsMeeting roomTime slot, equipment, capacity and booking terms

The neighbourhood should serve your journeys and those of your team. Identify transport, routes to clients and useful services around each address. Visit the space to check actual working conditions rather than inferring price or availability from the neighbourhood alone.

How can you browse Officeboard?

The public Officeboard catalogue presents spaces, photos and stated features. Open a profile and use the form to describe your needs: team size, timetable, attendance days and expected equipment. Your enquiry is sent to contact@frenchtechbarcelona.com; the team confirms availability, rates and arrangements.

If you have a space to share, contact the association to present its features and terms. For a wider search, the service provider directory also includes a real estate and offices category.

Which budget should you compare?

Request a written proposal specifying the price, applicable taxes, charges, included services, any deposit and commitment period. Compare the total cost for your actual use: meeting rooms, extra days or services can make two offers with similar advertised prices differ.

This guide does not publish neighbourhood rates or availability: check an offer with the relevant space at the time of your search.

What should you check in an office contract?

A commercial lease should not be treated as a residential lease. For uses other than housing, the law provides, among other things, for the role of the parties’ agreement. Five years is therefore not a universal minimum to announce for every office. Source: Urban Leases Act, articles 3 and 4.3.

Confirm duration, notice, exit conditions, allocation of charges, guarantees and permission for intended uses. For subletting or alterations, check the clauses and necessary approvals with a professional before signing.
